Boat Detailing

A boat that looks after itself. Almost.

Wash-downs, cut and polish, gelcoat restoration, and interior detailing, done properly at your berth, for any size vessel.

The Idea

Presentation is protection.

A well-detailed boat isn't just about looking good at the marina, though she will. Salt, UV, and grime work away at gelcoat, stainless, and brightwork every day she sits out in it. Regular detailing removes that build-up before it does lasting damage, keeps surfaces protected, and holds your vessel's value for the day you sell.

We handle everything from a quick wash-down between trips to a full cut, polish, and interior presentation. Whether your boat is berthed at Westhaven, Half Moon Bay, Gulf Harbour, Orams, in the Coromandel, or down in Tauranga, we come to you.

Common Questions

FAQs

Do I need to move my boat for detailing?
No, we come to you. Whether she's in the water or on the hard at your marina, we bring everything we need and work at your berth. You don't have to arrange transport or be there while we work.
How often should I have my boat detailed?
It depends on how much you use her and where she's kept, but most owners find a full cut and polish once or twice a year, with regular wash-downs in between, keeps a boat looking excellent and protects the value. We're happy to recommend a schedule for your vessel.
Can detailing be part of an ongoing arrangement?
Absolutely. Detailing pairs naturally with our vessel management packages, we can build regular wash-downs and periodic cut-and-polish into a programme so your boat always presents well without you having to think about it.
