We're a small team who genuinely care about every boat we work on. Covering Auckland, the Coromandel, and Tauranga, no big office, no call centres, just people who know what they're doing.
Our Story
How we got here.
Breeze Marine was founded by a passionate sailor and marine professional with extensive experience across the yachting industry, including boat ownership, offshore sailing, vessel deliveries, vessel management, yacht brokerage and refit project management.
Founder Rafael Dias has worked offshore and aboard a wide range of sailing and motor vessels. He has also completed numerous offshore passages between New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Australia, as well as longer voyages through to Asia. This broad, hands-on experience provides Breeze Marine with a practical understanding of vessel ownership, maintenance and the demands of operating at sea.
Our Mission
To be the one team vessel owners from Whangaparoa to Tauranga can call for anything, arriving when we say, communicating clearly throughout, and leaving the job in better shape than we found it. No runaround, no jargon, no chasing progress updates. Just good marine work, done by people who actually care about boats.
